BlackHorn Fleet Co. started on the shop floor. Years of diagnosing engines, rebuilding components, performing preventive maintenance, and managing repair operations exposed the same problem in fleet after fleet: the tools built to track this work were designed by people who had never done it.
FleetFix was built to change that — fleet management software written around how a real shop tracks assets, work orders, PMs, inspections, and maintenance history. BlackHorn Fleet Co. is the parent company behind FleetFix, and the platform is the first product in a broader line of fleet maintenance solutions we are developing.
Alongside the software, our team provides fleet maintenance consulting — PM program design, inspection standards, and shop workflow reviews — delivered by people who have done the work.
